Please try restarting RoonServer and your Roon Remotes to clear the cached images. If that doesn’t work, try disabling and re-enabling the Zone itself.
Roon’s device database and image servers still show the correct icons listed generally for the endpoints listed in your account profile.

Following the indicated steps, the issue was resolved very quickly. It’s a bit strange because sometimes the icons disappear, but simply restarting the server brings everything back to normal.
