Identify duplicate Albums which have not been grouped as duplicates

Hi,

I have quite a lot of duplicate album with different BitDepth (16/24). Until know I have manually grouped them as duplicates. But I want to find out/display all which I don’t have grouped together. How to achieve that?
Is there an autogrouping? I want to save valuable time

How have you done this?

By default, Roon will group different versions of the same album.

You can list duplicates from Focus → Inspector → Duplicates in the Album browser.

I have done this with “Group Alternate Versions”. Previous these Albums apear multiple times in the ALbum View

Then use Focus as described.

I think the OP has made the experience (which I share) that Roon does not always automatically group all releases of an album. This happens even if “Show hidden tracks and albums” is deselected or even toggled. In particular, releases with different track counts (bonus tracks) are not always automatically grouped. They are still identified as the same album but both displayed as separate entries in an artist’s page. In that case, the OP has to group them manually.

While this manual grouping is already tedious, finding the instances where this is necessary does not seem possible with a simple click. I at least have not found a solution.
