Description Of Issue
I’m having a problem with update Core software.
Roon can’t connect to Core.

My 3 PC have updated Roon software to 1.7 (build 500) stable. After the update when I connect one of my
PC’s Roon to Core it says that I need to update Core software.

I did it, but it is so slow, I stop it, and I connect another one of my PC’s Roon to Core and the screen displays…
“Software Update Needed. Roon is tring to connect, but it looks like one or more devices on your network need a software update”

Software upgrade stopped.

Hi @Xinping_Long,

Can you verify how many tracks total are in your library?

Can you share a screenshot of what you’re seeing here?

I reinstalled CORE and there are no tracks yet.

Hi @Xinping_Long,

Have you tried rebooting ROCK? Any change after doing so?

I have rebooted ROCK,but have no change.

I want to return to roon 1.6 (win 64),Where can I download roon 1.6 version?

Cannot be done; sorry.

Hi @Xinping_Long,

Downgrading is not supported, but we can help you get up and running here.

Would you kindly use the directions found here and send us over a set of logs using a shared Dropbox link?

Thanks!

I have uninstalled version 1.7 and installed version 1.6. Rock core firmware can be upgraded.
