Then try clearing the roon cache.
Thanks
But AFAIK the default DNS in my router Huawei AX3 pro can’t be changed
Anyway, the Qobuz streaming was working ok without changing anything in the router…
Have you cleared the cache?
Cleared the cache, didn’t helped
i got same problem, how can we solve this?
RoonServer
So far so bad…
Tried all the tricks and they didn’t work
At least I understand that I am not alone,
Still annoying not be able to play Qobuz on Roon
Will follow the threads
Hi
Still can’t play Qobuz on Roon…
Do you have any clues?
Hey @Gabriel_Weber, can you try playing Qobuz one more time and note the local time and date of the failure? I’ll enable diagnostics and see what we can find.
You can try changing the DNS in your core device if you can’t change it in your router.
I still can’t play Qobuz through Roon but everything is OK with Lumin app…
So, the problem is with Qobuz or Roon?
I love the Roon interface, but if I can’t play Roon is worthless…
Should I wait a while and Qobuz/Roon people will finally fix it?
Thanks
Hey @Gabriel_Weber, your logs are full of local network errors that are preventing Qobuz playback. Can you try a couple of things?
You should be able to do this from your router’s web management page, which for the Huawei AX3 Pro can be accessed by entering 192.168.3.1
in the address bar of your web browser.
Thank you
Disconnecting the IPv6 was easy
As you see I’m not a tech guy…
Thank you for your help
Thank you very much for the help.
Everything is working as usual
Good to know that there is a place to ask and receive helpful information.
Thank you to the community and support team (Roon and Lumin) for the instructions.
Gabriel
