Hi @sdear53,

Thanks for writing in and for sharing your report! Sorry to hear about your issues.

I believe what you’re experiencing may be related to a known service outage due to our DNS provider, here’s more info:

Service may be restored by now - are you still running into issues? If so, please bring your server back online and we’ll enable diagnostics to take a closer look.

Thank you!

Hello @sdear53 ,

It’s been a few days since we heard back from you, can you please confirm if there’s been any improvement in behavior since your original post? Please let us know when you have a chance, thanks!

Hi @sdear53,

This thread is now closing due to inactivity, but we wanted to provide one additional suggestion in case you encounter this again with today’s Roon release.

MacOS Sequoia/Tahoe have more stringent local network security than previous MacOS versions. These operating systems tend to restrict Roon’s network access with each subsequent update even if you’d previously safelisted the app.

You’ll need to navigate to System Settings → Privacy & Security → Local Network and toggle Roon’s network permissions on again. Sometimes, toggling them off/on again will also resolve Zone restrictions like the one you’ve reported.

If you have any other questions or issues moving forward, please reach out in a new tech support request here and we’ll promptly respond.
