I’ve been using Roon for a few months now, but only started using Last.fm today. Is there a way to import all datas from my Roon listening history into my last.fm account? I’d love to have all my complete data available.

No, there is no way to do tbis since last.fm is based on scrobbles, which is done every time a song is played.
However, you could achieve a similar result by copying your play history into a playlist, and then play this to a zone that you aren’t listening to, e.g., any connected audio device on your Roon server such as an unused HDMI inteface.
Of course, this will take many hours.
