I cannot import the music into the hard disk that I have installed inside my Nucleus.
On the web page it indicates this:
Internal Music Storage
Format
OK
500GB, SanDisk SDSSDH3
100% of 462 GB available.
When I go to import the backup from a USB stick it does not allow me. He doesn’t see it, he only sees the stick or Dropbox.
Also in “storage” by choosing “+ add folder” it only sees the USB stick, it does not see the internal hard disk.
What should I do?

To import items from a USB storage to the Nucleus internal storage, you’ll want to follow this guide:
Depending on what kind of PC you use to access the Nucleus, you can connect via SMB to it and both your Internal Storage drive and USB should appear under the Storage folder:
You can copy music to this drive by visiting the network share:
From a Windows PC
\NUCLEUS\Data\Storage\From a Mac
smb://NUCLEUS/Data/Storage/Be sure to replace NUCLEUS with NUCLEUSPLUS if you have a Nucleus+ If asked for a username and password, use
Guestfor both.
