Roon tells me it can not login to Tidal. But my Tidal account is active and works.
More info is needed.
Would it be possible to forward a screenshot of an error message/your screen? Is this an iPad, a MacBook, a PC? Are you attempting to connect via WIFI, cellular? When you say that your Tidal account is active have you attempted to access it via web page or the Tidal app?
Problem solved. I just had to restart my PC.
