I have both TIDAL and Qobuz accounts.
I have my settings to prefer FLAC over MQA (actually, this problem exists even if I set it to prefer everything other than MQA).
The "Improve" option in local Roon playlists continually suggests that I switch 44.1/16 FLAC tracks to MQA, even though my settings prefer FLAC as stated above.

Thank you for the report. The team has a ticket in progress for this issue that will ship to the Early Access build as soon as it’s released. We’ll share updates here.
