You can already do this. On a PC where you are using OneDrive, just create your Backup folder within the local OneDrive folder hierarchy, to ensure that the contents will be automatically synced to your OneDrive cloud. It’s probably a good idea to set the “Always keep on this device” flag on the Backup folder as well.
