Describe the issue

given an album that has a the usual setup:
TIDAL > 2 versions, same bitrate and sample rate, one explicit and one not. (take All Eyes On Me by 2Pac)
I add one track from the explicit version to my library after wich it becomes impossible to get the the full album. versions tab shows the version I want but only the “local” one (with one track) and the clean version is obviously not the one I want, even if I go the artist page and find that album again, only the library version is show with track form my library. The roon remote app behaves the same way but “navigate to the full album” button is shown there, why on earh wouldn’t this be the case for the Arc ??

Describe your network setup

roon server on a mac (m1) desktop, wifi router from AVM.

Hi @Dmitri_Moscoglo,
Thanks for reaching out to us about this issue. Can you share a screenshot of the versions tab in this state? I wasn’t able to reproduce this on my machine so it would be helpful to see what you’re seeing. After sharing the screenshot please try removing the track from your library and trying to access the full explicit album again.

Hi @daniel , here’s a screenshot of the bug

as you can see, the explicit version is the one i want and have a track from in my library, second version is the clean one. I have no way of opening the full explicit version of this album via the arc app, even if i do the artist search and locate the album via discography. Hope this helps, let me know if there are other details i can provide.

Hi @Dmitri_Moscoglo,
Thanks for the screenshot and the extra details. With those I was able to reproduce this state. I’m going to make a ticket for our developers to look into this. I cannot give you an exact timeline on this investigation but I will let you know here when I know more!
