According to our internal diagnostic system, your Nucleus hasn’t been online for more than five days. To help us understand what’s happening, could you please connect the Nucleus to a TV or monitor via HDMI and send us a photo of what appears on the screen?
This will give us important information about the device’s current state.
I can’t seem to get anything to come up on the screen once the HDMI is plugged in. A screen did appear for a second to display no signal. I’ve tried recycling the power several times with no different outcome.
