Ось готова відповідь, коротка, чітка й у стилі Roon Support:

Hello @Don_Vannatta,

Thank you for reaching out — we’ve taken a look on our side, and your SonicTransporter hasn’t sent any diagnostics for more than 12 hours, which suggests the device may not be booting correctly or is unable to reach the network.

To clarify what’s happening, could you please check the following:

  1. Do you see anything on screen if you connect the SonicTransporter to a TV or monitor?

Even a BIOS screen or error message would be very helpful to understand whether the unit is booting at all.

  1. Have you contacted Small Green Computer support?

Since this is a prebuilt SonicTransporter, their team may also need to verify hardware or OS-level issues.

  1. Is the TP-Link extender the only path the SonicTransporter uses to reach the network?

If possible, temporarily connect it directly to the main router via Ethernet to rule out extender issues.

Once you share what you see on the monitor, we’ll be able to advise on next steps.

Hey @Don_Vannatta,

Let us know if you are able to run through the above from @vadim - thank you! :raising_hands:
