Do you see anything on screen if you connect the SonicTransporter to a TV or monitor?
Even a BIOS screen or error message would be very helpful to understand whether the unit is booting at all.
Have you contacted Small Green Computer support?
Since this is a prebuilt SonicTransporter, their team may also need to verify hardware or OS-level issues.
Is the TP-Link extender the only path the SonicTransporter uses to reach the network?
If possible, temporarily connect it directly to the main router via Ethernet to rule out extender issues.
