I have recently became the owner [moderated: email address removed] of a user-friendly application and excellent sound quality ROOM. I use my computer as a ROONserver. Today I tried to start the ROOM, all attempts were in vain. The message "the device is not compatible with Room 2.0" appears on the screen all the time. I have laptop Lenovo Windows 10 (x64). Help me, please

First thing to check is whether a Windows Compatibility mode has been set in your Roon application - that can cause this error.

Right-click on your desktop Roon ICON, then click on Properties and see if you’re running in Compatibility mode - if so, disable it. You should have a screen like this, that is, Roon should NOT be running in any Windows Compatibility mode:
