· Trouble importing complete library into roon Only about 85% of library is being imported. As an instance I tried to import frank sinatra’s come fly with me from the generic file folder, failed, then from the frank sinatra individual folder within the generic folder, failed, then the come fly with me file itself was identified and that worked, but importing every single album individually would be impossible
i can access 100% of the folder in the folder section itself and play from there but its just not importing into the roon album structure
i have rescanned, forced multiple rescans, looked in the failed import file. There must be something I’m missing but I can’t understand what

We’ve activated diagnostics for your account and looking over the log traces, I am seeing that Roon is saying that there are identical files when importing come fly with me, but I am unsure at which stage of the import these traces are from. Can you please reproduce the behavior you described above and let us know the exact local time + date + album/track when you have reproduced it again? This will let us pinpoint the error better in the logging, thanks!
Just to close the loop, Roon’s handling of the album title field will depend on 1) whether Roon has identified the album and 2) your particular import settings (prefer Roon vs. prefer File).
