Hi! What’s not quite right with Roon?

· Incomplete Migration: I just reinstalled my Nucleus One after repair under warranty. Seems fine. While in your shop I used a MacBook Air as my core and to store all my CDs. Two Problems: No playlists transferred. Not all my albums transferred. Thanks for your help.

· Netgear CAX 80. Does not seem to be a problem.

Could you confirm that you have followed the steps as detailed in this Roon Help page…

Are these Roon-created playlists or playlists made from within a streaming service? For Roon-created playlists to transfer over, you’ll need to restore a backup. As for the albums themselves, are they stored on the MacBook? If so, you’ll also need to transfer them over, or create a shared folder on the network if you want them to remain on the Macbook:

Thanks. I’m going to go back to the MacBook as Core. Read the article. Probably ask a few questions. Then try again. The Nucleus One has a 4TB hard drive with all of my music files which matches the MacBook.
