Describe the issue

I have started to import music in roon that is stored on an SSD on my Pink Faun server. Only a part of the music has been imported (maybe 25%). Although I see the folders in the storage pathway, a lot of them were not imported and I don't see them. What can I do to import all of the music. In the example I sent, I can see the Miles Davis folder, but the albums in this folder are not imported

Think I’d wait until the import finishes. Perhaps the folders are created first before the files are copied. Don’t know, just a wild guess.

Well, the import ran for approx 20hrs. The first albums were imported in the first 30min, but no import after that. I forced a re-run, same result. Interestingly, the same albums were imported. Not sure, how long I need to wait …

Thanks for writing in, and welcome to the community!

To confirm, under Roon Settings>General> do you have ‘show hidden tracks and albums’ enabled?

What file formats are the tracks you’re attempting to import?

Can you temporarily set up a direct ethernet connection from your server to your router?

It looks like our servers are having trouble connecting to your server machine, could you please use the directions found here and send over a set of logs to our File Uploader?
