It was my turn yesterday. Saw the spinnning icon at the top when I turned on the server and eureka, all fixed. Thanks to Qobuz & Roon for getting this done!
Same here, everything back to normal!
Not yet for me ….
(also for TIDAL..)
Hi everyone, @Osamu_SHIOTANI,
A follow-up here.
With the release of 1653, there have been ongoing reports of discrepancies with “Date Added” fields for streaming services (including Tidal, Qobuz, and KKBOX). Although the mechanism was different than the Qobuz issue originally tracked in this thread, the symptom was quite similar: for certain users, the import date for streaming content would suddenly jump to the current date.
The team has a fix in the pipeline to address these lingering “Date Added” discrepancies.
A workaround in the meantime for those affected:
- Navigate to Roon Settings > Library > Import Settings and scroll down to “Import date defaults to” and select “File Creation time” (temporarily).
Let us know if this helps. Thank you!
This works for me.
I just updated to release 1653 and changed this setting from “File modification time” to “Roon import timestamp” (just to see what happens).
I could literally observe the albums being reordered in the “recent activity / added” view and at a first glance it looks like the Qobuz albums that were falsely shown at the top of the list before, are now sorted correctly.
Let’s see if it sticks.
Hi everyone,
Update here.
The team has work in the pipeline to prevent this condition from occurring in the first place.
Please see the workaround above for an immediate solution in the meantime.
Thank you again for your patience.
In the absence of more recent reports we’re going to consider this issue resolved and close this thread out at this time. Please reach out here if you’re still experiencing problems and we’ll continue the investigation in a new, dedicated topic thread.
