I am posting to tell the folks at Roon that its algorithm to determine whether a composition performance is “complete” is flawed. It really does not come close.
It’s easy to confirm. Just pick a composition (I’m using classical pieces), go to its Performances page, and toggle the “Complete Performances Only” option on and off, observing the two different counts. You will probably notice that its count of “complete” performances is skewed (way) too low.
Since I don’t know how the software works, I can only guess why its not working. I can only tell you that (from where I sit) it’s not working.
Hope you’ll investigate and fix someday.
