Increase "Recent Activity - Added"

Dear Sirs,

I wanted to ask you if there is a possibility to have the section “Recent activity - added” increased maybe with a free choice of the user.

I understand, I had seen it before too but it’s not quite the same.
If it can’t be done then I’ll be fine with it.
