Innous Zenith mk 3 not identified by Roon (ref#08NKFX)

Please try to restart your Roon Server by closing the Roon app in the taskbar or rebooting your Roon Server machine.

Please try to restart your network setup by unplugging, waiting 30 seconds and then replugging in your networking gear.

Please select how you've connected your Roon Server to the internet

Have you checked your firewall settings to ensure that Roon is allowed through?

Have you verified that Roon Server is on the same subnet as your Remotes?

Sometimes the issues can be resolved with a reinstall of your Roon Remote app. Let's try to perform a reinstall and see if it helps.

You mentioned a VPN. Have you tried disabling it?

The Innous Zenith mk 3 seems to be connected properly, but itś not identified as an streaming equipment by Roon. Very strange.I have tried everything! HELP!!!!!!!!!!!

Fiber inlet + Asus router connected by LAN to Innous switch + Innous Zenith mk 3 + Innous reclocker + Aavik D-180 + Rotel Michi S5/P5

You have to enable Roon on the device it won’t see it without enabling the type of Roon mode you want.

Thanks for reaching out. I am looking over your account diagnostics and I noticed something really strange, here it appears that RoonServer is listed twice as active, which shouldn’t really ever be happening. Are you able to access the Zenith dashboard to check on the current RoonServer status? Is there any change if you try to start/restart RoonServer?
