In response to a previous post, Roon indicated there was a problem between IOS, Tidal and Roon. So I used a MacOS device, designated my Innuos device as a Roon server, tried to play a Tidal selection and got the same result i.e.a brief screech, skip to the next item in the cache with the same result..
Let me know if Roon resolves this issue and I will renew my subscription.
Suggest you open a support ticket - there is not enough info here for anyone to try and help with your issue. Also, Roon support are not really reading this part of the forum.
