So we can better assist you, please describe your network configuration/topology, including any networking hardware currently in use, so we can have a clear understanding of how your devices are communicating.
Please also verify the following:
- Do you receive any error messages when trying to play TIDAL content?
- Has this behavior always occurred, or is this a recent change?
- Have you tried rebooting the Innuos and networking hardware?
- Does this behavior occur with all endpoints?
