Input Fields blank on Windows 11

I’m not sure how to classify this, but on my Windows 11 machine on Surface pro any input field stays blank until saved. On search, or on edit, album title, etc The field goes blank when you begin entering text.
On my Android phone search works fine. Text appears as normal.
Is this a glitch in the latest software release?
