Install ROCK on Intel NUC11

I purchased the exact parts described on the Roon Rock page:
NUC11TNHi7| Crucial 8GB Single DDR4 | SAMSUNG 970 EVO Plus SSD 250GB NVMe M.2

I had to update to BIOS 2.21.0053 which is completely different from that images on their installation instructions. I’ve been able to muddle my way through it but the boot priority doesn’t show my disk and there is no UEFI enabled checkbox. I do see my SSD drive in the storage menu

has anyone successfully installed using this BIOS? If so, can you outline these steps to show my disk in the boot options?

thanks

Able to middle thru with NUC11PAHi7. I was able to detect the ROCK USB key and install ROCK but I too was unsettled by the unexpected changes. No option for boot order.

Perhaps a kind community member will post updated step-by-step instructions.

Check post ‘NUC11 Bios settings’ in this forum for some clues. Sorry, can’t remember exact process.

It was MUCH easier than when I did this with Legacy boot. Basically, all I had to do was update to the latest bios, disable secure boot and then load the ROCK software from the USB drive.
Thanks for all your help everyone!
