Describe your network setup

Desktop, NUC with roon, NAS storage

Have you tried deleting the Roon folder in C:\Users\User\AppData\Local and re-running the Roon installation?

Note: By default, C:\Users\User\AppData is a hidden folder and so you will not be able to navigate to it via C:\Users\User unless you have ‘Show: Hidden items’ enabled:

Hello Wade,
thank you and sorry, I didn’t receive a confirmation mail that my first post was sent of.
And the more important issue is, that your advise war helpful and I can use my beloved ROON .
Thank you very much! Regards Bernhard

You don’t get confirmation emails for your own posts - because you can see them in the forum immediately.

The moderating on the Roon forums is, compared to some, relatively hands off in the sense that your posts go to the forum immediately and only if there is a need do moderators get involved (either because they spotted a questionalble post themselves or because other members have flagged it).

Some other forums, require a post to be approved by moderators before it even appears in a forum. Such forums usually send an email to confirm that your post has ‘landed’ on the forum after moderator approval.

Hi @Bernhard_Strauss,
I’m glad you were able to get Roon up and running again. We will be here to help if you have any other issues.
