I wonder how you even managed to create that because, as you can see in my above screenshot, it is not even offered as a possible backup target location on Nucleus or ROCK. At least not now, maybe it was possible in the past (which would be a bug, I think).
You do NOT use your internal Music storage as a Backup location. This is NOT allowed.
From the Backup article:
We strongly recommend that you do not set the location of Database Backups to be within any Watched Folders because Roon will try to scan that directory and scan the Database Backup itself. This can cause issues, so please keep the locations separate.
