I have a receiver (Lyngdorf 2170) that uses RoomPerfect for speaker/room setup. How should this integrate with Roon speaker setup?

There shouldn’t be any issues using Lyngdorf and Roon.
The only thing is that Lyngdorf has its own technologies so there’s no special need to use MUSE in Roon.
You can perform all speaker setup by Lyngdorf and disable all signal processing in Roon. Unless you may want to try some MUSE features.
