Can’t sign in to Tidal through Roon even though user name and password are accurate.Keep getting a bad user name/password message.

Can you confirm that the same login credentials works on the TIDAL web player (https://listen.tidal.com)? I would also try rebooting your Core as @wizardofoz mentioned.
