Intermittent Connection Issues with Nucleus Plus Music Server (ref#RFUKNH)

Is Roon Server running?

What happens if you press the "Select a different Roon Server" button?

· I don't see Roon Server.

Please try to restart your Roon Server by closing the Roon app in the taskbar or rebooting your Roon Server machine.

Please try to restart your network setup by unplugging, waiting 30 seconds and then replugging in your networking gear.

I have purchased a new Nucleus Plus Music Server but I am having issues connecting to the remote controller on the Roon app.

I have other Roon devices that connect without problems. I was wondering what troubleshooting steps I can take, or if I have the option to send the device back for repairs.

This problem started since January. When I restart the Server, it has difficulty finding the remote controllers. Sometimes it can and sometimes it cannot. I have not changed any of my wifi or internet settings.

Thanks for reaching out to us about this issue. Could you let us know which of your devices are having trouble? Are you seeing any error messages?

Also, how is your Nucleus connected to your network—directly via Ethernet to the router, or is there a switch or other network hardware in between? This information will help us understand the situation better and guide you toward a solution.
