Intermittent connectivity issue with Rivo+ after reboot (ref#60LGDU)

Describe the issue

I recently added a Rivo+ device as my streaming transport. After I reboot the Volume Rivo+ sometimes I cannot reconnect it to the server. Both the Roon server (MacOS) and the Rivo+ are connected on the same network via ethernet, and both devices have a static IP address.

BTW, I did open a ticket with Volumio and sent logs as well to them.

Feel free to close the ticket. After a factory reset, it showed up immediately in Roon. This tells me the issue is on the Volumio side.
