This error usually indicates that Roon Server and Roon Remote are on different build versions or release tracks.
· Everything is up to date but I still can't connect.
Describe the issue
The server does not recognize the DAC. I only see System Output as an option. The problem comes and goes. Sometimes when I reboot everything it connects but It happens everyday now.

Welcome to the Roon Community. Thanks for writing in to ask us about this. Are you able to see the DAC consistently outside of Roon? Can you try connecting the DAC with a different ethernet cord and also try different ports on your router?
If that doesn’t fix the issue the next step would be to take a look at your logs. Can you please use the directions found here and send over a set of logs to our File Uploader?
