Sorry, I’m not familiar with that error message. Is that pointing to a local network issue?
No VPNs running. ISP-supplied hub incorporates router and firewall. The router logs are very basic unfortunately, and are not showing any blocked traffic, just device connections and the Ethernet port going up and down each time I rebooted the Nucleus One.
I was using the search bar at the top of the screen to search for an artist. When the artist screen populated, I then clicked the Discography menu option. This usually references Qobuz I believe, as it shows artists and albums that are not in my library. The error message appeared before I had the option to reduce the results by clicking on the library icon.
It seems to have resolved itself after a few reboots of the Roon software and the Nucleus One itself. Happy to close this ticket and hopefully it was just a temporary blip.
Thank you for the update! I’m glad to hear that the reboots of the Roon software and the Nucleus One seem to have cleared up the issue for now.
Regarding your question about the error: Yes, those “NetworkError” messages in the diagnostics usually point to a temporary communication hiccup between your Nucleus and Roon’s account/metadata servers.
I will go ahead and close this ticket as resolved. If the discography errors or “storage device” messages pop up again, please feel free to open a new thread. If you do, try to note the exact time and date it happens—that will help us pin down those network failures in the logs much faster.
