Intermittent inability to connect to Roon app on PC with Nucleus+ (ref#QM4X0M)

I'm using Roon + Nuceus+ on PC. I can't connect to Roon app. It keep circling between Login and Welcome back pages. This happened before in the past. It sometimes disappears, and just comes back again for no reason. The hardware configuration is just the same as previously set when it was working.

Is this necessary, because it's just standard, and works with all other things?

We have a queue that we address in order. Now that you are at the top of the queue you are getting human attention.

From what you described in your post you are experiencing a login loop. This can often be caused by a content blocker of some kind like a pop-up blocker. Can you ensure nothing like that is active and try to log in again?
