We’ve activated remote account diagnostics to help diagnose any obvious connectivity issues with Qobuz that crop up in account logs.

Logs show your Qobuz account and library authenticating properly within Roon, but then generic connection refusals appear as soon as Roon requests a stream URL from Qobuz to begin playback. These are generic connection errors usually associated with an overzealous firewall filtering out Roon.

Do you have any third-party network security installed, like firewalls, antivirus software, or enterprise routers?

If you are able to access your router settings administration page, try changing the DNS server to a known, reliable service like Google (8.8.8.8).

We haven’t seen any response to this thread. Are you still having issues with Qobuz playback in Roon?
