My Roon network consists of 5 BlueSound PowerNodes and 1 Arcam AVR21--all designated as "Roon Ready". They are all connected by ethernet. When I run a playlist shuffle with the 5 PowerNodes, the shuffle works flawlessly. When I add the Arcam AVR21, the shuffle frequently stops on songs at the 2 or 3 second mark. All devices are connected as "Roon Ready" as opposed to some other mode like Airplay. Any notion as to why this is happening?

Xfinity router and modem, Araknis An-110-SW-R-8 Unmanaged+ switches, two wireless access points connected to the main router via Ethernet. However, as I mentioned before, all Roon zones are networked via Ethernet.
And I should have mentioned this in my original post: as a free-standing (ungrouped) zone, the Arcam AVR21 can shuffle flawlessly. And the grouped PowerNodes also shuffle flawlessly. It’s when I try to group the Arcam with the PowerNodes that I experience network dropouts.

However, before I enable this feature, I’d like to ask for your help ensuring we gather the right information.
First, can you please reproduce the issue once more and note the time at which the error occurs. Then respond here with that time, and I’ll make sure we review the diagnostics related to that timestamp.
Thank you for your response, Daniel. Since making my post I think I figured out what the problem was. As I mentioned, Roon is communicating with my Arcam by ethernet, so I was playing Roon on the “NET” input. The Input Configuration for “NET” has a “Stereo Mode” setting, telling the Amp what to do with 2-channel input. That setting had been set to “As Speaker Types”. My Arcam system is set up as a 5-channel system for watching movies. Therefore, the “Stereo Mode” was telling Arcam to play Roon stereo content as 5.1 output. I don’t know why this caused interruptions only when I had the Arcam playing with the 2.1 PowerNodes, but once I changed that setting to “Left/Right+sub” the problem seemed to go away. Does this make sense to you? And thanks again for your help.
