Have you tried logging out and back in again to your streaming service in Roon Settings?
· Logging out and back in had no impact, the issue remains
Do you have an approximate timestamp of when the issue last occurred?
· Saturday feb 15 arround 11am and 2pm (usa east time) occured many times
What are the make and model of the affected audio device(s) and the connection type?
· This is a 4 dac zone connected to powered usb hub and the hub connected to linux pc server

Every 30 min (more o less) music stops at exactly 2 seconds at the begining of a new track. So I have to press play button again. I have 4 dacs connected to a powered USB hub and the hub is cnnected to my Linux server.

The problem occurred right now 10:35 eastern time (12:35 brasilian time) sunday feb 16. The music playing was “Amigos de minha mulher”. It stoped 2 seconds into music. Always at 2 seconds into a track!

Thanks for reaching out to us about this issue. I tried to activate diagnostics on your server but it looks like it is offline right now. Can you either turn your server on for a few minutes to let the request complete or use the directions found here and send over a set of logs to our File Uploader?

I was able to turn on the server. This server is located in my Country House. I authorize/deauthorize between my home and my country house servers.
I would appreciate if you could access it (the country house server) and see what’s going on.

Can you be more specific and share the name of the server you’re referring to?
We’re seeing a few unauthorized failures around Qobuz playback, do you have any active VPNs tied to your network or Roon Server?
We have seen users have a better experience in the past if they change their Router’s DNS servers from the ISP provided ones to Cloudflare DNS, Quad9 or Google DNS. Can you please give this a try and let me know if it helps?
