Could you please provide a timestamp (date and time) for when this happens? This will help us pinpoint the problem in the diagnostics report from your machine.
Thanks for the timestamp. We didn’t see any suspicious entries in the logs at exactly 19:01, but we did notice disconnections associated with the “BT3-HIFI” zone.
These drops usually point to a network configuration issue or power-saving settings on the device itself.
We recommend the following steps:
Disable IGMP Snooping: Please disable this setting on both your router and any switches in your network.
Disable Energy Efficiency on the Beelink PC:
Windows power settings can sometimes cut the connection to save energy. Here is how to optimize the Beelink to prevent this:
Disable Network Power Saving
Right-click the Start button and select Device Manager.
Expand the Network adapters section.
Right-click your Ethernet adapter (often Realtek PCIe GbE Family Controller) and select Properties.
Go to the Advanced tab.
Find the following properties and set them to Disabled:
Energy Efficient Ethernet (EEE)
Green Ethernet
Power Saving Mode
Go to the Power Management tab.
Uncheck the box: "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power".
Click OK.
Please let us know if this helps stabilize the connection.
