Most likely a subscription issue with you streaming service. Do they play in their native app?

Is this happening with local content as well as streaming services? Diagnostics indicate that you have both Tidal and Qobuz currently synced to your server.
The thirty-second cutoff usually points to a streaming service limiting your content to preview-only.
The first step is to verify your account credentials and subscription tier in both the Tidal and Qobuz account pages.
