Hi! What’s not quite right with Roon?

· Roon is slow, freezing or won’t start

· Roon is stuck updating or installing

Tell us what's going on

· Issue keeps arising over last few weeks, says tidal and or Qobuz is loading slowly, stops working for 10 or 15 minutes……
Absolute torture.Running NAD m66 and m23 with a Roon nucleus with Verizon internet. Any ideas?.

· Regular Verizon internet, everything else is fine, browsing the internet on iPad, YouTube tv all work perfect

I think the next step here is to enable some diagnostics on your account so our technical staff can get some more insight into what’s going on here.

However, before I enable this feature, I’d like to ask for your help ensuring we gather the right information.

First, can you please reproduce the issue once more and note the time at which the error occurs. Then respond here with that time, and I’ll make sure we review the diagnostics related to that timestamp.
