Hello, I've been a Roon subscriber for approximately two months, and I didn't have any problem with the app so far. However, starting from today, I'm unable to log into my Tidal account through Roon. The issue persisted after restarting the computer and Roon server. I also tried your instructions for correcting the connectivity issues. After that, I was able to connect Roon to Tidal for a brief time, only to be automatically disconnected after 20 seconds. The same process went on and on - automatic connection and almost immediate disconnection from Tidal. All of my music library that was related to Tidal has disappeared. The equipment that I'm using is: Windows PC with Roon Server, local music library on internal SSD and KEF LS60 Loudspeakers. There are no issues with internet connection (it is stable and fast). Describe your network setup
Nokia router, connected directly to Windows PC. Network speed is 2 Gbit/s (downlad and upload).
I’d first verify that you can sign in via the Tidal account page in a browser, just to be sure, and that your account remains signed in there.
If the issue is limited to Roon, try changing the assigned DNS server in the router web administration settings to either Cloudflare (1.1.1.1) or Google (8.8.8.8), to be sure there aren’t address resolution issues.
Thank you for your help, and apologies for the delayed response due to an unexpected travel and absence from home. I was able to sign to Tidal in browser all the time, and I remained signed in, while at the same time Roon kept connecting and disconnecting from Tidal for every 15-20 seconds. The problem vanished next day, though I will try to change the DNS server if it happens again. However, now I occasionally got the message that a song from my library is not available in Tidal anymore, only to re-appear again after restarting the Roon app. That’s quite strange, and it is something that didn’t happen before.

We want to test whether or not RoonServer can reliably reach Tidal’s services. Reassigning DNS will refresh conditions and help us isolate any further issues. Thanks!
