Internet radio dropping out on Roon

Description of Issue

All internet radio stations drop out when using Roon and not when streaming direct from the Zen Streamer or when using Tidal on Roon.
tried rewiring my house with cat 5 cables from cat 8 as suggested to no effect other than reduced sound quality. tried bypassing the switch, changing to another core to no effect. Roon is a great software that sounds great but I have run out of ideas on this and any suggestions would be much appreciated.

I am tagging @support, they will be back in the office starting Tuesday this coming week.

Hi Robert, I have uninstalled/re installed Roon software on my core and it seems to have fixed the problem with internet radio now playing seemlessly.
I have also reinstalled the cat 8 cat and it sounds great.
Thank you for your help with this software that has transformed my listening experience!
