Sorry to hear you’re having issues with Roon, and welcome to the community! In order to assist you further, we’ll need more details about your system setup, and specifically more details around your issue.

Is Roon Server crashing, or are you only having issues with one of your Roon remote devices?

We’re not seeing any active licenses tied to the account you’ve made - I’d also triple confirm that you’re signed in to the proper Roon account prior to signing in and using Roon.
