Description of Issue

Started after the iOS 918 update. Open Roon on iPhone and approximately 30 sec layer it disappears and i have to reload. Rebooting phone doesn’t fix. Uninstalling and reinstalling seems to fix for about a day then starts crashing again. Can’t use for more then 30 sec. This sucks.

Definitely the iOS APP as it crashes even at the looking for core screen. @support please roll back to 913

Also having this same issue on iOS app. iOS is updated and room running 918.
It’s completely unusable on my iPhone.
Have restarted the core device and reinstalled in all devices.
I’m curious if this happened to you initially were you playing music from a local server or streaming?

I deleted the Roon iOS app off my phone , restarted my phone and reinstalled the app and have had no issues since then.

Hello All, Thank you for the continued feedback here. In our most recent Roon release (952), we’ve added some additional logging to try to capture more information surrounding these crashes. If you are still impacted by this issue, can you please toggle Save logs to Files on next startup from your iOS Settings, reproduce the crash, access your Files iOS app and submit an iOS log set for review? Logs uploaded. Just started again after I tried a search and it crashed. Now it’s every time I use the app. Urggg. Seriously.
