I have two iPads and I’ve not experienced any of the 10 items you have listed. As a matter of fact, I’ve had nothing but perfect performance. That is not to say that the GUI couldn’t be improved incrementally over time, but it is extremely usable in its current form.
Is it possible that it is related to your IOS settings?
