iOS Remote Loses Timeline/Controls When Switching Apps

Description of Issue

When using Roon Remote on the iPad mini 4 (iOS 15.2 and using WiFi, Remote v 1.8 build 880) playing tracks with Album Cover view switch to another app for more than a few seconds and then switch back to Remote, the lower middle Timeline and Controls disappear. Click the upper left X to close that view and then select the Album View (lower left corner) and all is well again.
