Is there any change in behavior if you uninstall Roon, reboot the phone and reinstall the Roon app from the iOS app store?

Please note the the issue can only be solved by following strictly the following sequence: 1) uninstall Roon Remote, 2) reboot the phone, 3) reboot Roon server, then 4) reinstall the Roon app from the iOS App Store.
without reboot of Roon core in the steps will not resolve the issue. Thanks.
