iOS TestFlight access removed while still on Early Access

Hi Rooner / Roon team,

I noticed that my iOS Roon Remote TestFlight access has been removed. TestFlight now shows “Tester Removed”.

My situation:

- My Roon Core is still running the Early Access version.

- My Android and Windows Roon Remote are still on the Early Access track.

- The Roon Remote TestFlight app on my iPhone still opens and works, but I no longer appear to have TestFlight access.

I have been using Early Access for quite some time and would like to continue testing the iOS Remote builds.

Any Tips or at Roon Team Could you please check whether my iOS TestFlight access was removed accidentally, or let me know if I need a new invitation link?

Thank you very much!

Andreas

Hello @Andreas_Hartung ,

Thanks for reaching out. Are you by any chance able to re-enroll using our links found in the guide?

Updating iOS apps to earlyaccess

On iOS devices you will need to install an app from Apple called TestFlight and then use this app to enroll your devices in Early Access testing. It’s best to view this article from your iOS device so that you can click on the links directly.

You will need to enroll your device in both of the Roon and Roon ARC testing tracks.

  1. Download and install TestFlight on your iOS device
  2. Enroll in Roon testing by clicking this link: Join the Roon beta - TestFlight - Apple
  3. Enroll in Roon ARC testing by clicking this link: Join the Roon ARC beta - TestFlight - Apple

Hello Noris,

thank You for Your reply. I have tried that. The message was “Das Entwicklerteam hat Dich entfernt…” my translation: “The development team has removed you” (Arc is still on testflight)

By accident I made made another tap on the Roon icon and … it works again.

So my problem is solved - thank You very much and greetings

Andreas
