iPad Air M2 stalls at 'Connect to your Roon server' stage (ref#0G4BWJ)

I have a new iPad air (M2). It stalls at the 'Connect to your roon server'-stage. My other computers (Apple XS Pro Max, Macbook air M3, and MS Surface win11) work fine.

Seeing as you have reinstalled Roon on your iPad to no affect I would recommend performing a hard reset upon your iPad. Please review the link below for instructions as well as any potential data loss concerns which there should be none when performed correctly.

It turned out that it was the Logitech squeezebox setting that caused problems: my LMS Touch was (pardon the pun) out of touch with the network and needed to be set up to access the network again. Strangely, it made no difference when I switched off the LMS access to Roon…but a subsequent reset of the LMS Touch cured the problem.
