· My Adroit phone can connect roon core but iPad and iPhone can't connect my roon core. I've checked my iPad and iPhone Wifi setting as same as before and App is allow for local network. I really don't know what is going on here and tks for helping me on this issue. tks.

· My Wifi Router is TP-Link BE550. I don't use VPN
Could you please confirm if you have a VPN installed on your phone and iPad? If you do, please disable it. If disabling the VPN doesn’t resolve the issue, follow these steps: go to Settings → Roon and tick the option “Save logs on next startup.”
Once this is done, open the Roon app and attempt to sign in again. The logs will be saved in the app’s folder on your device. Please upload these logs to our Logs Uploader.
I have turned off the VPN already. I set the roon and tick the option”Save logs on next startup”. After I have all done this, the Roon app is still looping and have no sign in in the screen image.
Thank you for the update. Since the app is looping and not even reaching the sign-in screen on your iOS devices—while your Android phone works perfectly—this strongly suggests a communication barrier specific to Apple’s security settings or a corrupted app cache.
Please try these two specific steps on either your iPhone or iPad:
Local Network Permission: Even if you checked this before, let’s toggle it to be sure. Go to iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Local Network. Find Roon in the list. If it is already ON, toggle it OFF and back ON. This “handshake” is often required for iOS devices to see a Roon Core on the same Wi-Fi.
Clean Reinstall: Since the app is stuck in a loop, please uninstall the Roon app entirely from your iPhone. Power the phone off and back on, then download a fresh copy of Roon from the App Store. This will clear any stuck temporary files that might be preventing the sign-in screen from loading.
A quick question about your TP-Link BE550: Does your router have “AP Isolation” or “Guest Network” enabled for the Wi-Fi band your iPhone is using? If the iPhone is on a Guest network, it won’t be allowed to “talk” to the Roon Core, even if the Android phone is on the main network.
Please try the reinstall first and let us know if the sign-in screen finally appears!
First Step you suggest doesn’t work, Second, I have re-intalled the APP and still can’t work. Finally, My TP-Link BE550 do not use Guest network. I have another Synology 920 and active the roon core then my iPad and iPhone can connect to roon core well. I think it will be my Qnap TBS 464’s problem, but I really don’t know how to re-setup my TBS 464. Sorry for your inconvinence.
